According to table 1.1 it is possible to make a conclusion that the quantity of preschool centers has increased from 2006 to 2009 by 3 % due to increasing in establishments development type which quantity has increased from 3843 in 2006 to 6411 in 2009, i.e. by 67 %. Further we will consider some indicators across Moscow. To define coverage of all preschool age children kindergartens, we will consider statistics in Russia.

According to the table 1.3 it is possible to make a conclusion that every year shortage of places in preschool centers becomes more and more noticeable so in 2006 there was 99 children per each 100 position in preschool centers.
Moscow and Moscow Region also are the leaders in quantity of children in preschool institutions – more than 1900 thousand pupils are in kindergartens of Moscow region or 38 % from total quantity of children attending kindergartens. In 2009 the situation has changed, there was 106 children per each 100 position, thus the urban population in a greater degree feels shortage of positions. As a result of city monitoring low rating preschool educational institutions have been revealed. There are kindergartens where parents refuse to take permits whereon proved true justified complaints. According to parents, the reasons of a low rating of preschool centers are:
Low professional level of teachers;
Turnover of staff, and as consequence under manning;
Conservatism in management;
Absence of additional education services, or discrepancy of the social order of parents and services which are offered by preschool center.
In the context of aforesaid, it is possible to make a conclusion that opening of the private entertaining-educational center in Moscow is actual decision. So, we will consider creation and opening of the entertaining-educational center «Cuba Rubika». Further we will consider what services will be in center assortment.

1.2.1 Objectives and Purpose of the Services
Development schools for children under 6 years of age are on popularity peak. To receive the permit to a kinder garden, parents should stand in a queue for years. Home education is not enough to teach the kid to communicate with contemporaries and to develop its creative abilities. Therefore young mums with a pleasure take children of preschool age to lessons — groups manage to be filled in after the first advertizing. Today the preschool education purposes consist in development of five basic personal potentials: cognitive, communicative, esthetic (art), valuable (moral) and physical. According to a kindergarten preschool education system the graduate "model" can exclude some offered components, and can be specificity by characteristics, corresponding to the features of the educational center. Children's preschool education necessarily includes creative lessons. The theoretical part of graphic activity techniques includes the information about features of creative thinking of children, definition of abilities concept, receptions and ways of the training, allowing developing creative abilities of the child. The practical part of preschool education technology contains of descriptions of possible organization forms of creative employment.
Integral part of preschool education in a kindergarten is acquaintance of children to the nature. The purpose of techniques of preschool age children acquaintance with the nature is formation of knowledge of natural objects and the phenomena. A traditional part of educational process in preschool centers is musical lessons. Any technique of musical preschool education includes some directions. The technique of preschool education directed on development of preschool children speech, provides guidance on receptions and the exercises intended to coherent speech development. Techniques of children physical training are directed on development of the person by sports activities.
The purpose of these techniques is development the habits directed to health strengthening and perfection of the physical form. For example, daily morning exercises concern such habits. Exercises are considered not only as a way of maintenance of health in these techniques of preschool sports education, but also as the factor promoting formation of strong-willed qualities. Besides, physical exercises can become one of types of creative activity display.
Modern preschool education is impossible without techniques of mathematical representations development. The purpose of these techniques is acquaintance of preschool children with geometrical figures, training to their inspection of size and form of subjects, formation of representations about accounting. According to these techniques children train to compare forms of surrounding subjects with certain geometrical figures, and define quantity and size of subjects. Thus, we will consider and generate the basic services of the entertaining-educational center «Cuba Rubika».
