The main shopping unit is situated near the road to Murmansk. And the majority of the cars which go that destination are old cars produced around the years 1985 – 1995. So the main percent of demand is on spare parts for this cars. The second shopping unit is situated near the road to Finland. The majority of the cars on this destination are the ones produced after the year 1995. Ant the third shopping unit is situated in Kronshtadt where two custom units are operating. The majority of the cars operating there are the ones who go to the West or South (Renault, MAN) and these are not the ones which are most popular in the North (Scania, Volvo). But at the moment there is a change taking place and such cars as MAN, Iveco and Renault are becoming more and more popular. It means that there is a need on spending more money on purchasing new spare parts for this cars and used cars as well.The expectations of stakeholders are the increase in purchase from average 5 000 dollars a day / per month for used spare parts branch to 5 800 dollars a day. And from average 2 000 dollars a day / per month for new spare parts branch for each shopping unit to 2 4000 dollars. The given figures reflect the part of strategic development plan of the organization in short-term prospects.The current business plan of the organization includes the following points:Increase in sales to the figures shown before;Decrease in expenditures on salaries which means the reduction of personnel;Foundation in the year 2013 of three more shopping units which sells new spare parts;Taking a loan for foundation of three tire fitting services and opening it close to the new or already operating shopping units.The current strategy of the organization has its aim of completing the full needed assortment in all operating shops. According to the strategy of the organization, each shop must have all the spare parts of different categories for each European truck. For example if we speak about the assortment of filters, it means that every operating shop must have all oil filters which can be used in European trucks, all fuel filters, all air filter, all cabin filters and all gearbox filters. The situation with other groups of spare parts is the same. The given strategy was implemented in the work of organization and according to increase of profit plays a positive role in development of the company.At the moment the position on the current market can be described from different points of view. According to geographical position, all three departments are situated in the places where the competitiveness is law. So at this point of view, the position is very advantageous. The second sphere to be analyzed is the assortment of new and used spare parts sold in the shopping units. ETP used part branch takes the second position in the city for selling spare parts for trucks produced before the year 2003, which are Scania of Second and Third Series, Volvo F, FL and FH with square headlamps and MAN of Second Series. The competitive position of the branch selling new spare parts is availability of spare parts for not that famous trucks like Renault, MAN and Mercedes Benz. And this is one of the strong points of the organization.The weak point of organization is small circulating assets which lead to decrease in purchase of both used cars and new spare parts when sales decrease. Another weak point is lack of advertising which is caused by the previous weak point.The strategic plan of the organization includes the following aspects:Enlargement of new spare parts assortment;Opening of new shopping units;Enlargement of models of cars sold by used spare parts;Enlargement of spheres involved in by opening a branch of freight trafficking.The aim of ETP is to develop complex which will include the following:Selling of used spare parts;Selling of new spare parts;Parking;Tire fitting service for trucks and small cars;Truck service for European, American and Russian trucks;Truck wash point;Motel;There is no such complex operating at the moment so the aim is worth developing.
