The problem of ideological crisis widely discussed in the scientific, particularly philosophical community, obviously, has been caused by the severe crisis of ideas in general. Evidently, crisis of ideas in the society is possible only when philosophy as a science suffers from lack of profound thought.
Famous Russian philosopher Berdyaev defined the problem of Russian idea (after V.Solovyov, we have to mention) as «the thought of the Creator about Russia». The «Russian idea» is thus a mystical one. Religion and philosophy, not economics or politics, determine history and society.

He traces the lineage of such powerful artists and thinkers as Chaadev, Khomyakov, Kireevksy, Leontyev, Aksakov, Hertzen, Bakunin, all of whom struggled to integrate the polarities of East and West, spirit and matter, and male and female in the Russian soul. Показать всеy, distrusting all authority and yet haunted by a vision of unity, thinkers such as Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Federov, and Solovyov created an original and vital religious philosophy that culminated in the Russian Renaissance at the beginning of the twentieth century. The fruit of these great figures, of whom Berdyaev was one (others included Florensky, Ilyin, Bulgakov, Rozanov, Merezhkovsky, Blok, and Bely), was cut short by the 1917 Revolution. After a death of this powerful ideas which could form Great and United Russia, pressed by Marxist ideology, and social collapse and «anomia» which followed its crush we have no more substantial and relevant ideas neither in the ideology nor in the sphere of pure philosophy.
Considering all of these, we should admit that the most sufficient measure that we can take nowadays is at least to try to save our cultural, scientific and philosophical legacy; and maybe on this basement future generations will be able to produce some new impetus for development of Скрыть
